The white chocolate mousse is smooth and creamy, the mango adds a touch of sweetness, and the raspberry sauce is tart and refreshing.This dessert is very easy to make and the taste is fantastic.

TIPS

For the raspberry sauce, use fresh or frozen raspberries. Frozen raspberries will work just fine, but you may need to add a little more sugar to taste.

INGREDIENTS

3 dl (1,5 cup) whipping cream

225 g (1/2 pound) white chocolate in small pieces

1 egg

1 dl (1/2 cup) cream cheese

225 g (1/2 pound) mango in small pieces

70 g (1/2 cup) raspberries

RECIPE

1. Whip 3 dl (1,5 cup) cream

2. Place the bowl with chocolate on top of the pot with hot water and stir frequently to melt the chocolate. You can also place the bowl with chocolate on top of the barely simmering water on the stove.

3. Whip the egg and add the melt chocolate while stirring

4. Blend in 1 dl (1/2 cup) cream cheese

5. Blend in whipped cream and put the mousse in the fridge for 2-3 hours

6. In the meantime mix mango bites with raspberries

7. Press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, to remove the seeds.

Serve mousse with mango sauce and a leaf of lemon balm on top
